Combined forces

This week we combined forces with the 'Hartfalen en revalidatie' project, because there are a lot of simularities between both projects. In the beginning of the week we had a brainstorm session in Groningen to get the right mindset, and make sure everyone understood the current situation, and the previous projects. It turned out that we all had the same mindset all along, but we just weren't on the same page. 

Later this week we created a planning for the Plan van Aanpak. The Hartfalen guys worked with us here again to make sure we were on the same page again. It took about an hour to get it done, but now we have a pretty solid planning for the first 10 weeks. After 7 or 8 weeks we'll create the planning for the weeks 11-20. This way it is easier for the 'replacements' of Marijn en Herman (Hartfalen), and of we don't meet our objective the first 10 weeks, it's easier to adjust the planning for the second period.

The progress on the PvA is going steadily now, and it's supposed to be finished wednesday next week. That shoudn't be a problem.

Meanwhile, Marijn has been experimenting with the SunSPOT's. They are starting to do what he want's them to do. For now he is making some basic pograms to understand it better while I focus on the documentation. His program currently is based on the Structuur in de dag project, but the device plus the programming language are excactly the same as for Herken de Herhaling. 

The healthcare students we mentioned earlier are probably joining us at the end of next week.
