Reinforcements

On thursday we met the two health care students who are joining the project, Ilona Wind and Tsjitsjo Vlieger. They were in Assen on wednesday already, but Marijn and I were both in Groningen at the time.
During the meeting everyone was introduced to each other.
A few days earlier Henk (Hartfalen project) and I looked over the possibilities of the harness to wear the sensor device. We used the designs from the previous teams, and our own thoughts to create a couple of other designs. One of the original designs had a single band around the chest, but we were concerned about the comfort while wearing it and weather it wouldn't leave it's position sinking down.

Two of our designs are a sort of harness, the 'chest-band' plus pieces over the shoulders, while the third is a complete shirt without sleeves. The shirt design is tested concept, a couple of companies created a shirt with sensores into the material of the shirt. An other interesting thing we saw (although it's not very relevant for the project) is Philips LumaLive. Textile combined with LED's to create interactive t-shirts. Sensores could be combined with textile in a simular way. The three designs are included beneath.

On wednesday the Plan van Aanpak was almost done. The content is mosly done, now it's a matter of checking for errors and performing a spellingcheck.
